Productive Power

Production ability is the cornerstone of a company's longevity.

Over the past 20 years, Jinan Ogilvy chemical has kept on recognizing the market requirements and working hard to strive for more market opportunities. We already have one directly owned factory and four shareholding factories, with our production lines expanded from 9 to 12, product types expanded from 22 to 29, and our average monthly production capacity increased to 3 million tons, meanwhile, our main product fluorescent whitening agent's annual production capacity is maintained at more than 20 million tons. While expanding our product line, we have added high-tech production equipments and professional R&D and technical teams and production operators, aiming at one-stop service to meet the diversified whitening and dyeing needs of our customers.

The plant is fully equipped with equipment and fixtures, using stainless steel equipment and a variety of precision filtration equipment, including isomerization flow reactors, continuous vulcanization production equipment, desulfurization reaction units, air oxidation tanks, reduction vessels, and four SS 316's of 10,000ltrs capacity, as well as balance of plant equipment such as filtration machines, dryers, mixers, cooling units, boilers, vitrification reactors and condensers, among others. We use standardized production process with professional R&D technical team and production operators to ensure the smooth operation of the production line.

 

Quality Assurance

Quality is the focus of customer's concern and the key to build our reputation.

  We have set up 4 quality control rooms with well-equipped corresponding testing facilities. We are equipped with technical ISO spectrophotometers (ISO standard whiteness meters), Shimadzu HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatographs), Shimadzu UV/Visible Spectrophotometers (UV/visible spectrophotometers), and other related instruments necessary for conducting rigorous quality tests. With three quality control checkpoints for raw materials, production and finished products, all products are rigorously tested at every stage of the production process and are only dispatched after approval from our quality control tests, ensuring that the quality of our products meets world-class standards.  

To make sure that our quality and safety in development is guaranteed,We have now passed many certifications. Our products with ANNRAY, ZDHC, REACH, SVHC, ROHS, COA, MSDS and many  certificates from other authoritative quality inspection institutions.

 

Green Safety

Pursuing environmental protection and safety and taking the sustainable green development route.

Jinan Ogilvy chemical recognizes that we have an important responsibility for environmental protection, and has taken various actions in the production process to ensure long-lasting green development. We have invested in dust recovery equipment, tail gas absorption equipment and wastewater treatment equipment. In particular, for wastewater treatment, we use both anaerobic treatment (UASB) and activated sludge treatment processes, and the quality of the effluent meets national environmental requirements. Meanwhile, we regularly conduct environmental, health and safety audits to ensure that the hazards and risks associated with our industrial activities are at the lowest level possible.
