It has excellent fluorescent properties and can produce a high whitening effect on textiles and mixed fibers, especially cotton fabric, polyester and polyester-containing fabrics (including polyester-cotton blend).It is widely used, not only limited to the whitening treatment of cotton fabric, but also suitable for the textile dyeing and finishing process.
Optical Brightener 4BK is soluble in water, and has excellent fastness to acid, alkali and peroxides.It can make the material look whiter and brighter by absorbing UV rays and re-emitting them in the blue or blue-violet.
It is widely used in processes such as whitening of cotton, paper pulp, viscose, linen, polyester-cotton blend, polyester fabrics.

Usage: It is widely used in fabric processes such as whitening of cotton, paper pulp brightening, polyester fiber whitening, polyester-cotton blend whiten, etc..
Recommend Dosage:
Dissolve the optic brightener 4BK in water in the range of 0.1% to 1%, and recommended water temperature is 50℃ to 60℃.
Fully immerse textile in the prepared solution or spray it evenly with a spray gun. Hold it for 20-30 minutes. which will help the whitening agent to better penetrate into the fibers and improve the whitening effect.
After the treatment is completed, wash it well in water to remove the excess optical brightener. Finally, dry naturally or use drying equipment to dry quickly.
