Application: It is used for polyester, and polyester blended fabrics whitening,like polyester cotton, polyester, polyester yarn, polyester wool, polyester linen and other blended textile and also used for artificial leather, coating and other industries.

Fluorescent whitening agent ER-II is non-ionic light yellow crystalline powder. It has good low temperature coloring ability, suitable for exhaustive dyeing or rolling dyeing process is excellent, for reducing agents, oxidants, hypochlorite compounds are more stable, suitable for polyester and its blended fabrics, acetate fiber whitening and brightening.

Usage:

It is used for polyester,and polyester blended fabrics whitening,like polyester cotton, polyester, polyester yarn, polyester wool, polyester linen and other blended textile and also used for artificial leather, coating and other industries.

Reference Dosage:

(1) If all the foam is used, no blue powder is added and titanium dioxide is added sparingly.

(2) Polyester long fiber

Add 150-300g of whitening powder and about 100-300g of titanium dioxide per ton of polyester material.

(3) whitening masterbatch or foam

Add 2000-6000g of whitening powder and 1000-6000g of titanium dioxide per ton of polyester material.

4. Storage

This product may be stored up to two years in a sealed container. Containers should be kept tightly closed when not in use and stored in a cool, dry place.
